BARKtoberfest Owasso is foremost a pet adoption event. We encourage local animal rescue organizations to attend to promote their rescue and bring pets that are looking for homes. It is free to participate. If you send your registration form before September 1, 2017, the name of your organization will be listed on the map as an attendee. We advertise your organizations attendance on Facebook, our website, and for those who register early, the BARKtoberfest Owasso booklet that will be handed out at the event.
